Fish,
they know
all oceans' secrets
Ψάρια,
αυτά γνωρίζουν
τα ωκεάνια μυστικά
to May 2019's showcase, my friend. Thanks. do they know the way to the mermaids' dressing room? bri :)
Yes, I absolutely agree with you! Very meticulous poetic observation! Appreciated the piece of work! (10)
Fish knows the ocean but humans still could not understand the earth completely. Why? Fish are close to the nature and we are away of the nature.
We don't want to understand earth, we want to conquer it even if we will destroy it in the process.Thank you for your comment.
p.s. my Japanese mate says sashimi is any kind of meat or fish raw, and even can be vegetables, not necessarily sliced-thinly. she didn't say it has to be very fresh (...and raw fish, as Wikipedia says) , but she would probably reject it if she thought it too 'unfresh'/stinky! another reason i like reading some of your poems is because (some at least) are VERY SHORT, like most turtles. to MyPoemList...for shortness and fin-shape, ...and 'cause i like Kostas. bri ;)
So, you like short poems, cooked or raw fish, comments and turtles? Or is it only short poems and fish? Or turtles. What's the difference between a turtle and a tortoise? Anyway, thanks!
you have garnered [i never use that word! ][is it appropriate here? ? i looked at comments and your responses; i liked them all! I LIKE the poem MOSTLY BECAUSE its shape looks like some fish's dorsal fin. right? do i know my fish, or DO I KNOW MY FISH! ? of course my mate prefers them cooked, as YOU do. i'll eat them cooked or not, which reminds me: my mate DOES like cooked fish, but she loves some of it raw, as in 'sashimi'. bri :)

Do the fish know they are fish? +++10
A good question! Do even humans know they are humans? Thank you!
