Forgive Yourself - Poem by Hercolena Oliver

Forgive yourself.
Be gentle on yourself.
Be kind to yourself too.
Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.

Do unto yourself as a means of being kind to yourself.
Accept yourself for what you are even in poor wealth.
Realise God has everything under control.
Allow yourself simple pleasures as a whole.

Look past the obvious. Be happy you’re you regardless of whether
there may be no other reason to be happy, even in stormy weather.
