We must learn to forgive
Ourselves and others...
Move on with our lives

Both of those wars are excellent examples of the hypocrisy inherent in the respective religions! My poetess friend, it's very rewarding to have this poem included in your favourites. Many many THX!
Gorgeously said, the important lines from The Holy Bible, ....en vergeef ons onze schulden, gelijk ook wij vergeven onze schuldenaren, these lines, It is INDEED a big problem, the biggest problem to forgive others and move on with our lives
If Jesus was able to forgive those who had crucified Him...surely, we can forgive others for far less! There are many who quote The Bible, but are hypocritical. Sylvia, it's a pleasure to see that you are a true follower of The Word!
