For the heart to heal,it is not by force.
Allow Time to take its normal course.

Forgiving is a choice, a command we obey.
Forgetting is the key we turn as we pray.

The one who offended us and caused us pain,
We lift up in prayer,as refreshing as rain.

And as we let go,forgetting is the release-
That brings us the freedom we need for our peace.

Life is too short to be lived in dark prisons,
Realize we hold the keys to our mental dungeons.

It's ourselves we set free,it is us that we heal.
When we forgive we are emptied of the burden we feel.

Forgiving and forgetting always go together,
Some pills are bitter but take them to live longer!
