Fragmented Thoughts Poem by Rose Marie Juan-austin

Fragmented Thoughts

Sometimes our thoughts
pass like geese
flying in tandem.

Some cling like leeches
in the dendrites of the mind,
sucking our sanity.

Still others visit
from time to time
and tingle the mind,
inspiring our very soul--
giving a new lease on life.
