POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
A Video compilation put together by the Washington Post
shows George Floyd was asked to get down from a car
where he was in the driver's seat.
That car was a Mercedes SUV costing
almost 20,000 USD and it is appalling that late George Floyd
was suspected of allegedly trying to pass
a counterfeit 20 Dollar Bill. This is quite implausible
and without a fair trial, the Minneapolis Police Department
should have exercised caution and preserved human dignity
and not behaved in a an unprofessional manner.
