God's Hidden Face - Poem by gershon hepner

Dark is the matter that surrounds
our galaxy, and black
the holes that silence distant sounds
which send no echoes back
of bangs with which the world began
and fail to leave a trace,
yet let the curious mind of man
perceive God's hidden face.

Wonderful; Gershon. This says so much in a few lines, beautifully interpreted.

I consider this one of the best of yours that I have read. I love the last two lines, particularly, but the whole poem is a little gem.
