Energy
From your plant
Your damn greed
Stole her life

It's extremely tragic but deaths such as this are termed as accidents in the final analysis. Thanks for taking up this serious issue.
Yes, it shows the lack of responsibility. A person dies and nobody is held accountable. Utter disregard for human life.
