Jessica Nychkalo

Poem by Jessica Nychkalo

Everyday she feels the same way,
Like she can't go on.
With every tear that falls,
The hope inside crumbles down.
And little by little she slowly fades, Away.
One day her prince will come,
With all his love,
And carry her away,
To the happiness she's longed for,
All her life.
But everyone knows fairy tales aren't real.
That sometimes happiness isn't part of the deal.
