He Taught Me Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

He Taught Me

Rating: 5.0

The gentleman came,
He taught me an important lesson,
But I did not listen to him,
As I thought him insignificant,
After a while he went away;
Then I sincerely asked myself,
"Why I had not listened to his great lesson."

A great lesson as poet Rose Marie said. Perhaps the first reaction comes from our persona called ego, an impostor. The second thought is reflected by the real person that one is. One should always listen to that voice within. Meaningful write.

A great lesson in life. What is important is that we were able to accept that we committed a mistake and have to make amends to what we have done. A well conveyed write.
