Help Me To Embrace Calmness Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Help Me To Embrace Calmness

Rating: 4.9

O God the lover of my soul
help me today
to embrace calmness.

Remain in my brain
and in my reasoning.

Remain in my eyes
and in my vision.

Remain in my mouth
and on my tongue.

Remain in my heart
and in my thoughts.

God my lover,
help me to embrace calmness.

Such a touching prayer poem, Dr. Tony. Thank you so much for sharing this sensitive poem, straight from the heart, soul and mind. If we have problems, the only person we can confide is only the Lord. All our problems we put at His feet, like Hiskia had done that as mentioned in the Holy Bible. Thank you so much for this tender touching lamenting, IF I may call them so. True touching. A 10 and much more for this impressive piece.
