MUSAWIR RAAKH

Her Love - Poem by MUSAWIR RAAKH

Her love was like RAIN
Meant to STOP
Meant to TOP
Meant to DROP

Her love was like WIND
Could not be CLOCKED
Could not be LOCKED
Could not be BLOCKED

Her love was like RAINBOW
Could not be CHASED
Could not be GAZED
Could not be PRAISED

Her love was like FIRE
Always BURN
Always CONCERN
Always SPURN

Her love was like FANTASY
No REALITY
No CLARITY
No ETHNICITY

Beautiful depiction of the almighty feeling of love - a spiritual experience that is whimsical and temperamental, well articulated and insightfully penned in good rhyme scheme with conviction. A lovely poem indeed. Thanks for sharing Raakh. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON. (Report) Reply
