Delays in justice delivery, delays in proving someone guilty, delays in proving one is wrongly blamed, and still it is worsening day by day. What with stays, postponements, examining witnesses- some hundreds of them! ! Pages and pages of affidavits, pages of judgments, what more can you expect? Pathetic. Your poem has brought to fore these sentiments, lovely piece.
You have truly drawn a very objective picture of our law, law enforcement and the judicial system which needs much to be discussed and pondered upon. The jurisprudence does envisage: 'let the 100 culprits may go scot free but no innocent should ever be punished'
Delayed justice is denied justice. I recollect B.R. Chopra; s move " Qanoon" was on this topic. A great poem that makes us thoughtful.
The views expressed by you are quite logical. It's heartening that you recalled 'Qanoon', a movie with a profound message. Thanks, Akhtar sahab.

Visited again, the poem raises many points, and there are things one can say, but let us here, it is a great poem, and fall silent.
