Rating: 5.0

Milk can overturned
The neighhourhood cats slink in
And lick the floor clean

A full cookie jar
Mother has excelled herself
Daughter overjoyed

A posie of flowers
Gifted by her little boy
Mother's heart just melts

These are three very lovely phrased and written senryu poems, Sandra, all of them full with domestic bliss. I liked the one about the cats, since they love to lap up spilt milk! The one about the boy giving his mom flowers was quite lovely. In fact, they all were delightful reads. Carl.

These are all enchanting Sandra. The cats slinking licking the floor, now that would be a good way not having to clean your floors. How comforting the cookie jar is when it is full. Nothing like home made cookies! And the flowers, it's these beautiful things that make being a parent so worthwhile. Loved them all! 10 Karin Anderson
