I Could Remember - Poem by Chelly Brake
The first day we met
The smile on your face
The goofy-ness you showed
Made me wanna embrace
Not even a week later
You became mine
The happiest day of my life
I still even remember the time
Just everything about you
Always amazes me
How smart you are
And even what you wanna be
The first day we had sex
Was a day to remember
You took a part of me
You took my September
But a month later
Was even better when we made love
It just felt so right
Just gentle…like your hugs
I remember the first day
That you got mad
It made me hurt inside
I felt so bad
But we got passed that
It was nothing to us
Just an obstacle
Like duh! ! !
Now here we are
Struggling a lil bit
But we can get passed this too
Boo its nothing to us! !
