I Hold In My Bosom Poem by Deb Panda

I Hold In My Bosom

Rating: 4.9

This night is frozen- in delicate frame,
When the rain lashed, rising waves rode
Over his heights of wisdom, giving in bliss
All melts into your elixir, my beloved- abode!

That pain in symphony, transcends all blocks
Leading to its birth- entwined with scripts
Leaving the darkness, since long starved of glance
Yours- my pilgrimage bears -all over drifts.

Breathe, with its warmth, in your courtyard-
Woven to strings of glory- adoringly, I hold high
Treasured -to this soul, in drops of rain merrily-
Sight- Priceless millennia spent-prayers weigh!

I hold to my bosom, one with this breath-
It froze, to melt joyfully, speechless warmth,
Of eyes you gifted- my beloved, into oceans
Welcoming- broadest smile, ecstatic worth!

We smile -brightly holds its imprint ever in awe-
With flames of lamp-love illumines the darkest,
Breaths homecoming, sandalwood's glory to serve
its pride-I hold in bosom, smile-gait -words trust!

A sublime ride through the darkness, raindrops opening a whole new field of beauty; an experience of delight, trusting in the beloved as flames of lamp-love continue to illuminate the darkness. Such a superb rhapsody of poetical meaning and rhythms of music. Totally love this poem. Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
