I Love You... In Words Poem by David Beckham

I Love You... In Words

Rating: 5.0

I don’t have to write to tell you that I love you.
But if I don’t
All you’ll have will be pictures of you and me
Pictures of things we have done together and places we’ve been to
The pictures of times, both good and bad.

So I decided to write so that whenever you read this
I’ll come alive through my words.
My words will take on a different dimension
Transforming from print to an actual presence
And you’ll be able to see me through my words
And feel me through my words
And touch me through my words
And hear my voice through my words
And recapture my very essence reading this.
And never loose any moment

If ever you wanted me
Read this and you’ll be able to
Feel my breath through my words
Share my laughter through my words
And ultimately live in my world through my words.

Keep the pictures close to your heart
But let my words live in your heart.
And I’ll never be far away from your heart

I love you

'My words will take on a different dimension' dimensions of love present, interacting with memory, expectations, present in soul spirit, guardianship and protective loving intensions

Nothing better establishes a matter, than words. We can express ourselves so much better when we put pen to paper. Full of emotion, well expressed! ; D

Fantastic passion for world of words. Words are the ultimate matter of the universe.....it is believed by the Indians. Here poet has also tried to illustrate words as a person. Personification of words makes the poem universal. Good work. Run long....write more... Regards, 10+ pranab

Amazing Poetry and I’m sure words [more precise even alphabets] are powerful tool and gizmo to emit and remit all types of vibes and emotions than actual doing …that brings greater rapture …some time actual doing [un-timed] may bring rupture… Biblio is mightier than action….reaction …non-action….inaction… thanks for sharing…*WJR Regards Ms. Nivedita UK 10/10 * WJR Word Joy Ride PS Clicked as MPL n
