I Remember Her Smile - Poem by Damabiah 777

I remember her smile, cradle of light
Between her hands I have confined my nights
On her body I have laid down my shame
And in my heart she has written her name

To make me hers, to make me hurt
To sour my life that she deserts
To take my soul to take abuse
To be the root of my recluse.

In my abysm she has anchored her grace
With my holiest tears I drew her face
She is my breath, she is my sorest faith
My only hope to forgive my mistakes

Remember me, my immortal
Remember me and pity me
Who have caught in a dream
The scent of a lost memory.
