I want you to paint me a picture
with greens and blues and golds.
Give me a thousand words
and leave me wishing for
a thousand more.

I want you to tell me a story
with a Prince Charming and a happy ending.
I want a real life fairytale.
I want happily ever after.

I want you to sing me a lullaby
and tuck me in at night.
I want to wake up in the morning
to see the sun's rays
on your cheeks.

I want to share with you
my breakfast in bed,
my dreams,
and my heart.
