In A Field Of Lilies (Aft. L. Cohen) Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

In A Field Of Lilies (Aft. L. Cohen)

Rating: 5.0

Waltzing in a field of lilies as the snow begin to fall
Our bare feet are scorned by the coldness
But we continue to dance
Until they are raw and red
And the northeastern wind burns our faces
As the song ends with sadness
And we can bear it no longer
We run, hand in hand, to the cottage
Where we will build a fire
Warming our bodies as we make love
Until sundown,
And the northern lights shine on our faces
Pleasing the g-ds
We dance in the starlight once more
As the wolves cry out their songs to the moon

Amazing and very vivid depiction of waltzing in the field of lilies. The great images made me a witness of this beautiful scene. Top Marks!
