In The Long Ago Poem by David Harris

In The Long Ago

I’m never alone, where I work
even on days when
my colleagues are on holidays.
We have a ghost,
a shadow of someone
who was there a ling time ago.
Others have heard him,
but I caught a glimpse of him
one day from the corner of my eye.
I fear nothing from him;
in fact, he is company
when I am working on my own.
It is nice to know
there is someone there
even if it is only
a shadow of someone,
who was here in the long ago.

Hello Mr Devid, You are very courageous, I would be frightened. I only know, that the pray helps in that case very much. But I think that the ghost's wish it's only a confession from you or a repentance to you.. Best wishes, Tsira
