Inaudible To Ignorance - Poem by Krystin Cargo

hiding from all of you
except for a few
this feeling I have it is real
unexplainable for certain
you can see how I'm hurting
but only when it's you that sees through me
I cannot find a way
to express this part of me
without shouting my thoughts of revolting proportions
So I'll whisper to myself
it's in-audible to ignorance
but I'm saying it all
just so soft you can't hear me
I don't understand
I can't comprehend
your reaction could haunt
keeping all that I am
a fair distant reality
save me
be the one to prove me wrong
I'm waiting come and find me
wake me from this daze
I want to see if the grass is really greener
just one touch and I'd be in
grip me in your hands
and take me now
