Do we ever know
Who we really are?
Are we too close or much too far,
Do we over analyze,
Our thoughts, our desires,
Our trembling hearts,
That catch on fire?
Do we ever fully appreciate,
Love, that's not desire?
Are the answers in the Wind,
Or in Life's changing attire?
Does our curiosity ever expire?
Or are we like hungry children,
Always looking for answers thru,
Gates that are tightly wired?
Great poem! Truly inspiring. I love the title incognito. Sometimes, asking the right questions are more important than the answers...
Does our curiosity ever expire? Or are we like hungry children, Always looking for answers thru, Gates that are tightly wired? - Our curiosity never expires. We will often be searching for answers whether we get them or not. That is human mind. And one more thing. One fourth of our mind is never known to ourselves. When that is the case, how can we know about life in a perfect manner? Yet, mind will be in continuous search for this and that. Only by the transcendence of mind can we know who we are. Remember the Joe-Harry Window diagram of human mind. Mind stuff is at once both physical and non-physical. Physical limits are to be overcome.
Does our curiosity ever expire? ...................absolutely not. So we have to resurrect within ourselves every moment. Thank you. If possible read my concept.
