M-ental pain and tears
A-re caused by inner torment;
U-se your faith to triumph,
R-efrain from being discontent.
I-nner torment of human
C-arries anguish of mind;
I-nstead of losing hope,
O-pen your eyes to the real find.

A-llow not your heart to bleed,
M-ake it heal right away;
E-arly twenty-second of September,
R-ise up to see the new day.
I-n spite of the extreme agony,
C-omfort will be permanent;
A-im at the promised land, there shall be no inner torment.
