Insanely Entertained! Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Insanely Entertained!

If a doing was not meant,
To create a destruction.
Wouldn't have been a clearer choice,
Not to pick and choose...
Someone known and shown,
To have made history...
With a leaving behind,
One disaster after another.

Done to do foolishly with excuses made.
And followed by supporters,
Dressed to impress.
Adorning images of idols.
On their backs and chests.
Applauding delusions.
Finding themselves,
Insanely entertained!
