A dropp in the ocean,
It disturbs the motion
Of the world, that spins in time to the sound
Of nature’s intention,
And all our prevention
Just proves that we have our heads in the ground.
Does our earth recall
How grand, above all,
A design that it was before we intervened?
To whet our desire
For objects of higher
Importance than keeping our planet in “green.”
In each passing day
We gamble away
The clarity that was mother earth’s plan,
And when it’s too late
To turn back her fate,
Maybe we’ll see the damage of man.

Lo, the poor dinosaur That wanted nothing more Than to survive and live well On planet earth, as geology does reveal. Buried deep within the bowel(s) Where they and others now dwell, They embraced the good life as they live(d) Unaware that the substance they would give Would be scorned. By those who have warned 'You'll damage the earth as we know it. Be kind.' But in coming eons others will find That the progress which we share Is but a moment in history, so be aware That what it is that you hope to achieve Is but a moment's reprieve. Status quo is not long maintained In the cosmos, where nothing ever remains the same. s
