Into Another Wilderness Poem by indira babbellapati

Into Another Wilderness

Rating: 5.0

somewhere in a deep forest
away from the prying eye
there i found a corner
for you and me
one day the passers-by
will find creepers wound
on us bearing fruit and flower
with strange roots
sustaining us
come my love,
let's shun this
sterile wilderness
and give our soul
the place where it
rightfully belongs

Evocative of escaping into another dimension. Imaginative and delicate.
