Jesus, You’re My Love Poem by Obed dela Cruz

Jesus, You’re My Love

Rating: 5.0

My Love, please forgive me for what I’ve done
Because from You I always try to run.
I wanted to be my life’s manager
But it has just brought me to disaster.

My Love, I had a wrong concept of You.
I thought You never have any value
But I found out that the treasures in Earth
Can’t be compared to Your valuable worth.

My Love, my God, my King, O my Jesus,
My human reasoning gave me great stress
And it led me to so much confusion!
O my God, save me from my destruction!

My Love, please accept my apologies.
Please fill my life of marvelous stories.
I promise to keep the lessons I’ve learned.
I shall never waste the chances I’ve earned.

My Jesus, I give You this heart of mine.
In my life O God please arise and shine!

(dedicated to my God, family, and nation)

Realization and implementation is all what he looks for. Rest will follow surely. Nice one.
