A-fter the dusk has vanished,
P-ouring rain fades into the night;
R-ise of the sun begins,
I-t's a lovely morning
L-ight.
J-ust let the new day break,
O-n sunny Sunday dawn;
Y-our birthday has come, as the shadows are gone.
L-onely evening will fade,
O-nce the twilight is through;
R-adiant rays are glowing
I-n the sky wide and blue.
C-louds above don't gather, as the lanes are bright;
A-pril seventeenth is fine, for it sets things aright.
C-old chill of the wind
L-ets the sun warm you;
E-arly fog is nowhere in sight,
O-nly the clean air in view.
F-air weather stays the same, allowing the delight to thrill;
E-ventful big celebration creates the joy in April.
