Junk Food (Children) - Poem by Herbert Nehrlich

Spinach, carrots, artichokes,
will not grow the bones of blokes.
Ketchup, chocolate bars and chips
Coca Cola, frequent nips,
always listen to your mates
food's best served on paperplates.

LOL....paper plates are a wonderful invention for those of us wishing a quick tidy up!

Not to mention how mothers love paper plate clean-ups! Funny writing, H. (Report) Reply

Why not serve this together with your other plate of grub, Herbs? They go well together.

Always nice to see your poems smiling, Herbs.
