Kid At Heart Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Kid At Heart

Rating: 5.0

K-id at heart sometimes,
R-unning around the circle;
Y-oung playing in the rain, with
Z-estful eyes that twinkle.
E-ach one is kid at heart, eating chocolate and cake;
L-ollipop and ice cream too, otherwise her heart will break.

D-ay twelve in warm July, she celebrates her birth;
E-very friend is invited, bringing gift of wish and mirth.

M-an not getting any younger
E-agerly longs for a fresh start;
S-o often he faces the mirror,
A-s he remains a kid at heart.
