Leaving - Poem by erin fearman
We’re not Seeing Eye to eye. It’s time for me to say goodbye.
We’re drifting apart. You’ll always be in my heart.
You did good raising me. I wish you would see.
You did a good job; I don’t wont you to sob.
But it’s time for me to go. I’ll call you all the time so,
You shouldn’t cry. It’s not a forever goodbye.
We’ll still be able to connect the dots.
I’ll always be you little girl but it’s time for me to see the world.
I’ll do everything you said, because it’s drilled into my head.
You got to let me go. It’s going to be hard, I know.
I’ll never be permanently be gone. You’ll always find me at down.
It’s time for me to go, I love you a lot but we are approaching the last dot.
Before we get there, I wont you to know I’ll always be there.
From beginning to end, you’ll be my best friend.
