Liberty - Poem by Sean Godley

identify lament’s cause
laying casual shadows
caused by widows
closing windows.
Dissect it like a sectioned child
making sections of the insects
as it passes the custodial
as the shadow moves across
a moss upon the sundial.
Understand the end
to bend the tried inside
make no amends decide
that the kingdom of lament
is ruled by chains of freedom
