Light Dream(Bilingual) Poem by Perdita Young (Hanna Wang)

Perplexed, in this late spring;
Summer seems so eager,
Too impatient to wait longer.

Pink roses out of window budded
And blossomed, within one night,
Layers upon layers, clustered high and low.
The bees and butterflies are to fly fluttering.

My blouse and skirt feel yet awkward,
And breeze is too light to set sleeves winged.

The rain drips and drops melodious,
Is it a messenger of the season's light dream?

夏之轻梦

惶惑，在这个
暮春时节；夏
如此地急不及待。

楼前的蔷薇，一夜间
就层层叠叠，把花枝簇拥;
彩蝶和蜜蜂将把它们围拢。

衣裙，尚不适应更替，
风太轻，衣袂太重...

雨，滴滴嗒嗒，会不会捎来
这个季节的第一个轻梦？
