Light The Way - Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion
Z-estful big celebration
H-as been in her heart;
A-s the dawn has broken,
N-o dream shall fall apart.
N-ew day is breaking,
E-vening shadows are gone;
N-ighttime turns to sunrise to warm the soul of someone.
C-ake and chocolates are here,
A-nd sweet ice cream too;
N-otes of a birthday song
D-elight and comfort
G-ood morn twenty-seventh January
U-ses thrill, mirth, and glee;
E-xplaining a deeper meaning,
V-alidating the fun and ecstasy.
A-s you celebrate this moment,
R-emembering the special day;
R-elax, rejoice, and reminisce,
A-s the Lord shall light the way.
