Loving Someone Poem by Sandra Feldman

Loving Someone

Rating: 5.0

When you love someone
You want them
All for yourself,
They are your pearl,
Your handsome photograph,
Your joy,
The precious light
Of life itself.
And if ever that true love,
Is lost,
Your existence fades away
And melts,
You are only half alive,
In a withering world
Of constant pain
Where only tears will thrive.

Everything ends; one way or another. Dear Sandra, do not lament in what has gone; find joy in that which is. You have a deeper connection with your heart than anyone else. No one can cheer you but you. Smile!
