Lydia And Juliana's Song Poem by Darwin Henry Beuning

Lydia And Juliana's Song

I love my baby
My baby loves me

When we are together
We are happy as can be

Boom, boom, boom, boom
Boom, boom, boom, boom

I love my mommy
My mommy loves me

When we are together
We are happy as can be

Boom, boom, boom, boom
Boom, boom, boom, boom

We love our baby
Our baby loves we

When we are together
We are happy as can be

Boom, boom, boom, boom
Boom, boom, boom, boom

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
You can change it up, and add daddy, grandma, grandpa, etc. You can sing it to the child or the child can sing it to you. There is a melody that goes with this, I sang this to my daughter when she was around a year old. She is now 34.

Cute poem, but I tried to listen to the soundtrack and heard nothing!

Great voice Hank! Maybe a career in singing?

i'm glad you added the Poet's Notes! it made more sense when i realized it was sung to a baby. is that Willie Nelson singing? or Enrico Caruso? Jimmy Durante? ? a treat to hear the song once, but after it repeated three times, my wife rushed in to mute the computer! ! my daughter is about the same age. do you still sing to your daughter? bri :)

O.K., Hank, when I get back to the States I'm going to have to hear you sing this! Or maybe you could add your own soundtrack to the poem and I wouldn't have to wait until I got back!
