Madness Poem by Sankhajit Bhattacharjee

Madness

Rating: 4.7

At times the nature's natural behavior
turns into utter craziness-
this craziness is within her character:
this is manifested as disasters.
All human characters nurture this craziness too-
we are more or less psycho:
this is not a disease
but the flaws present within our natural behavior.
These are originated within the nature
and we have inherited them.

A wonderful thought, yes, we are sons of the nature and we have inherited all our charms and harms from her.

Hi Sankhajit, A beautiful poem entitled 'Madness'! You have made a unique observation of Nature and its natural behaviour and made a comparison with man and his characteristics. Man has inherited the ways of nature. Superb! Really enjoyed reading this poem Sankhajit.....10

I think we do inherit faults in our bloodline, genes, which have to watch unless they dominate us also. Your analogy between natural disasters and human madness is a fine, subtle one.

Verily, the human nature is full of flaws that lead us to disaster
