Magical Saturday Afternoon Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Magical Saturday Afternoon

Rating: 4.8

I want to kiss your arms
On a park bench in the sunlight,
They’d be sweet and warm,
Life would begin to feel right.

Then we’d walk along a lazy street
To purchase ice-cream cones,
Everything you talked about
Would be as lovely as a melody.

This would all take place
On a magical Saturday afternoon.

A very dreamy poem...and what a lovely day dream it is. Hugs. Dee

Idyllic. Magical and serene, indeed. These simple pleasures in life are the all-important ones; the company is the decisive factor. You write marvellously. t x
