Magnified 'cosmic' Justice Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Magnified 'cosmic' Justice

No one can deny,
The power of it.
Or ignore what comes.
Stunning.
Preventing no one to fidget.
Wherever they may sit.
This is how effective,
A visit from 'cosmic' Justice is.

If not for 'cosmic' justice.
Undeterred or disturbed to serve,
When needed.
Deceivers would continue to feel,
Truth kept concealed...
Would never be revealed.
By seekers of truth.
Tirelessly dedicated,
To find where it is hidden.

Determined.
From cracks and crevices.
Treetops and gutters they go.
Day and night without sleep to know.
To free and release truth.
Eventually found tied up and gagged.
Found underground and cemented.
In a sound proof booth.
As if sentenced to die a slow death to do.

And if not for 'cosmic' justice.
The kind that only God can produce.
From realms beyond light years to measure.
Those who deceive,
Would not be shocked into disbelief.
How publicly their misdeeds,
Could possibly come to light. Bright!
Magnified for all to see.
Yet for the ones with faith to keep,
Are rewarded and applauded.
Even by the ones awakened from a deep sleep.
Accepting lives to live...
Duped on sweetened tricks to treat.
