Man With The Lantern In Search Of Light Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Man With The Lantern In Search Of Light

Rating: 5.0

Are you a man with a lantern
going in search of light?

So wake up
to the lantern within you.

Open your eyes to God's dream,
unfolding through the incredible
power of the spirit of God.

God walks with you and me.
I want to cry out like the man born blind
"God I want to see".

I lift my gaze and acknowledge my brokenness,
the poverty and my needs
in the midst of the plenty.

It is a great philosophical poem having startling expression and groovy collocation based on a spiritual ground with a lantern. We have to wake up to the lantern within us in order to see God's dream and to feel the incredible power of his spirit. Brilliant presentation.10

Light is love! Light is peace; we need light to expose the sins of the world. Nice piece of work.
