I was born in a bank - - my mother went there and made a deposit

Rating: 5.0

Many years we taught together
Across the hall from each other.
Ragamuffins were turned into
Young men and women.

Crucial skills were learned,
Audacious goals were met,
Recalcitrants were retrained,
Obedience was maintained.
Loved by all who know her.

A nice gratitude to a great teacher, I suppose you had been, rather you are, also a great teacher. I liked this lovely poem.
