Merdeka! The slogan for the freedom of Indonesia,
freed from greedy foreign powers.
Happy Independence Day
my beautiful Indonesia
my prettiest!
now all corruption has gone
I eagerly hope
since Ir. Jokowi
the first president non-corrupt
abruptly ushered in
the death penalty again
since all predecessors had been in vain
they did not dare to give the death penalty
because there was only imprisonment,
so the drug smuggler has been exporting drugs for decades
to our beloved Indonesia
all previous presidents only dared to pocket
the countless billions
the only person who imported so many drugs for decades to this beautiful country in the tropics
was never hanged, murdered, or imprisoned,
until Ir. Jokowi came
he ushered in the death penalty,
in no time, that annoying drug smuggler,
all so many decades enriched himself,
was shot dead
despite his crying family
luckily this is just a memory now
I wish you good luck and freed from the delta variant
still so dominant
dear most beautiful Indonesia
once Merdeka and always
Merdeka!

Independence is the heart and soul of a nation and its loving citizens. In the very core of our being this is the ultimate aim of a nation to have a wonderful existence. This beautiful poem evokes these premises.

Happy, happy independence day to all Indonesians. A wonderful and heartfelt poem so straightforward. Top Marks.
Very incisive and brave utterances, my friend, woven straight from the heart. Yes, we must be strong enough to name names those corrupt leaders. They bring their nation to poverty depriving its people the right to live comfortably.
Very incisive and brave utterances. Yes, we must be strong enought to name names of those corrupt leaders. They curtail the progress of a nation and bring its people to extreme poverty. They must be punished with the full force of the law.
