to get out of yourself
for a while
that would be
real freedom
- - -self-negation
love is a bad habit
hard to let go of
harder to live with
- - -unrequited love
peace is home
and home is you
and you are far
too far to reach
- - homelessness
is there anything
more poetic
than crying eyes
and a crying heart
- - - melancholia
to embrace
your scars
with all your heart
the sooner you learn
the better
- - - lesson of life

What small but resonant wonders these poems are! ! Each one goes to the heart of a deep emotional response to a life experience.. Each one is like a stab of truth which makes us both wince and rejoice. Wince because of disappointments we must face but rejoice because we know this is our human life lived to its fullest.In the end you take us to a common awareness of our fate. Wonderful....! I am not sure which is better...! All the five are equally good. The nano effect of these poems is more powerful than a long narrative of several lines! Beautiful crystallized insights! ! I award you top marks!
