Moisture Of Empathy
I have understood questions you ask,
Our eyes tear when you are ignorant,
When you divert your face from father
And you run so far in opposite direction
To search a drop of happiness,
But you get tired and you do not get,
Your temporary joy vanishes soon.
We feel and share our feelings with you,
You are in state of confusion and stress,
No material thing gives joy that we need,
By money we get inventions, no joy,
Can you go to market and buy love
And buy a cup of peace and a plate of joy?
Inventions give comfort and make work easy,
No inventions give real happiness we need.
Many of us are thirsty like in summer,
We need to quench thirst drinking water,
Can we drink vapour and ice and hot water?
Will these quench thirst so far we need?
Can we drink hydrogen and oxygen gases?
We need water in particular form to drink,
So that we can quench thirst and get joy.
When water in small quantity diffuses
Within a solid or it condenses in surface,
This looks charming known as moisture,
The ability it carries to feel and share
This is called as empathy in broad sense,
When soul drinks a drop of God's wisdom,
His life is moistened and this becomes soft,
Like the petals of lotus life dazzles,
Then soul serves through his ability,
He gains the knowledge of feeling others.

(cont.) but i disagree with some of it. some things money can buy (some of which are 'inventions') CAN and DO bring JOY/happiness to people, ......though it may not bring lasting happiness, OR one may use up all their money to buy continued happiness. it's ok if one has ENOUGH MONEY! (cont.)
(cont.) at first i thought a parent was speaking of a son (or daughter) who has left home in search of something, and who has not succeeded in finding love, peace, or joy. then you move to an analogy re H2O which i don't think i quite understood, but you connect 'empathy' to water? symbolism is OFTEN 'over my head' aka i don't understand it. then you move on to God and another analogy to water/moisture. it's an interesting piece even if i don't understand it all. bri :)

This is very much important to feel others and understand accordingly. When we have moisture of empathy we have true wisdom of God within. In living society we should have knowledge of feelings others and their emotion. We have to serve selflessly to every creature.
A wonderful poem superbly penned. Yes, no material thing gives joy that we need. It is in God's wisdom that we draw our happines A great spiritual write full of wisdom.10
CONTD What can one do without money who can say with confidence deprive yourself the luxury what is it to me or anybody But have faith we all live to die happily But then will we know what happiness was May I ask
ASK the rich folks with tonnes of money what is joy and how they enjoy folks who have little or none only bask in the glory of what could be all in theory they haven't seen half of the world many have not gone beyond their home lanes and yet speak of wisdom it will come from heaven Hope it does soonly many don't know many things..Money today as over the ages has become the key to even heaven a comfortable burial and incineration
This indeed is a lovely write so logically and wisely enumerated! I agree with you fully! No material thing or the great inventions of Science and technology can give us lasting happiness! God's love alone can satiate our longings and offer us true delight and peace of mind! Top marks!
