M-y ode to moonlight
A-ims not to ignore the sun;
R-ather it only turns the night
I-nto a sweet silent fun.
U-nderneath the moonlight, serenity wakes up the mind;
S-hadows show the wisdom that poets won't leave behind.
A-n ode to moonlight
N-ovember eighth day
G-ives chance to darkness,
U-sing it to meet the gray.
L-et the stars in the sky share the rhyme that I write;
O-pen your eyes and read my ode to moonlight.

Marius Angulo should appreciate this birthday poem. Well done. Perhaps you already knew this, but here in the U.S.A., the term 'moonshine' refers to illegal, home-brewed whiskey.
Thanks, Kim, for your comment... It means so much to me.... God bless...
