My Passport Poem by Kewayne Wadley

My Passport

The very next time I see you.
I want to show you my passport.
Not to brag, gloat or anything like that.
I want to show you all of the places you've touched me.
If you can think of anywhere else I certainly do not mind.
When hands touch, something immaculate happens.
No matter how many times they
touch, even if it's in the same way.
It's never the same.
That immaculate tingle is the
inspiration that makes me pack my
bag every single time.
The next time I see you I am going to
open my arms and with your body.
I want you to roll around and stomp
on all the pages we've traveled
together.
When you look into my eyes.
I am somewhere abroad.
Soon as you kiss me, I am lost in the
way you've stamped yourself across
my lips
