M-y quest for happiness
A-llows me to meditate;
Y-earning to be glad, if it takes time I will wait.
T-o stay away from sorrow
R-equires me to ponder;
I-n my mind I must picture,
M-ay twenty-fourth is better.
O-ne thing I won't forget is the true or genuine joy;
N-ice feeling of pure delight is in store no one can destroy.
E-ager to search for contentment,
S-hall I be firm and steadfast;
C-an I conquer the heartaches
O-r the pain that won't last.
B-eautiful promised land,
E-ternal and heavenly bliss;
R-ight there coming to an end, my quest for happiness.
