Nature's Wrath

Nature's wrath
Saturday,1st May 2021

The world is facing a natural crisis
we are unaware of any thesis
nature is turning against
to the best interest of humanity

let us understand
and end this logic
nature is playing its card
with the devastating word

we never came across
such human losses
the cyclones and floods were causing
human lives without ceasing efforts

we have spared no efforts
in purifying river waters
air is polluted
mountains are filled with garbage

let us not blame nature
it is the outcome of our nature
our behaviour
and irresponsible attitude towards nature

Yes, we are to be blamed for this disaster, our greed, our ignorance and our un-toward attitude towards nature is the cause of its retaliation. Thought provoking poem.5*******

Nature's wrath, indeed. It is our careless behaviour that has made nature so hostile. So true.....5 stars
