Nebulae Poem by Aufie Zophy

Nebulae

Rating: 5.0

How much do we know?
Faraway suns with orbiting planets
Interstellar clouds, fabulously colorful
Magnificent rainbows in distant skies,
We interpret with earthly experience.

A lovely poem and a subject I've often thought about.

Let us focus on the beauty of poetry, of love, of peace and creativity; let us enjoy the smiles we can magically make appear on our faces just by a simple kindness... Whenever I read about the latest discoveries of in other galaxies, i cringe a bit

How much money do we spend on exploration of faraway skies, while so many children in our own world go hungry and die of malnutrition? Let us come to our senses, solve the problems on our planet in a mature way, before we call ourselves the most evolved species

depend. Humanity is always curious about space exploration. Human created problems for themselves like too much food and energy consumption, high birth rate, etc.
